This step is electrolysis process using the Na2Cr2O7 (Natrium Dicromate) solution, which will increase tinplate surface resistance towards oxidation and scratch. After this process there is a Final Rinsing System that functions as rinsing process with Wringer Roll and Hot Air Dryer which also has a Tin Coating Gauge that automatically measured the thickness of the tin coating accurately.
In this Process the layer of Diocthyheksil Sebacate oil is applied to tinplate surface to protect it from scratch during handling or further process.

Mirror Inspection is the process of the visual quality inspection of tinplate surface by the quality control officer and as the quality sorter for the separation of products to certain pillers that was determined. Thickness Gauge & Pinhole Detector is an equipment that has a function to inform the thickness of the plate as well as the pinhole defect that happened to tinplate strip and automatically separate defective product to certain pillers that was determined.
Flying drum shear type cutter that cuts the tinplate strip according to the measurement ordered by the customer. This equipment also had a tension leveler roll that functions to achieve good flatness of the cut tinplate.
The strip bearer media used in Conveyor System supplemented with Magnetic Roll as the tinplate sheet director heads to the appropriate pile according to its quality.
