The Company has appointed Agis Tri Susanti as Corporate Secretary as of January 1, 2025, based on PT Latinusa, Tbk. Board of Directors Resolution No HK.00.01/151/0000/2024.

Corporate Secretary acts as an intermediary between the company as an issuer with capital market regulator and supporting institutions, investors, the public, and other stakeholders. Corporate Secretary also manages all information related to the Company's Business activities to build a positive corporate image. Corporate Secretary directly reports to Board of Directors and is appointed and discharged based on the Board of Directors Resolution.

Indonesian citizen, age 35 and joined Latinusa since 2011 and serve as Corporate Secretary in 2025. Previously, her position was Head of HCM & GA Division. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science from University of Padjadjaran in 2011.
