The company submits a Code of Conduct that applies to all elements in PT Latinusa, Tbk., Consisting of Shareholders, Board of Commissioners, Directors, and Employees. The Code of Conduct is a reflection of high integrity for all elements of the Company in conducting business, so that the principles of Good Corporate Governance can be implemented properly.
With the Code of Conduct, it is expected that all elements of the Company will understand well what may and may not be done so that a community within the Company will be created as follows:
- All elements of the Company will have moral values ​​as a guideline in running the Company's business.
- These moral values ​​become a habit for all elements of the Company so as to create a strong and sustainable Company Culture which is an important element for the progress of the Company.
- In the end, all elements of the Company will have credible, fair and honest qualities. The Code of Conduct is part of the Good Corporate Governance Guidelines at PT Latinusa, Tbk. compiled based on the Company's Articles of Association with all changes, objectives, vision, mission, values ​​in the company, the company's commitment and the principles of good corporate governance and general business norms.
This code of conduct applies and is binding on all elements of the Company, the Board of Commissioners, Directors & Employees. The Code of Conduct is an elaboration of the vision, mission, values ​​and good practices that need attention in relation to:
- respect for human rights;
- occupational safety and health and the environment;
- fair employment opportunities;
- conflict of interest;
- improper payment;
- gifts and entertainment;
- relations with the government;
- relationship with suppliers;
- relationship with consumers;
- international trade;
- confidentiality of information;
- supervision and management of assets;
- intellectual-property protection; and
- reporting violations of the Company's Code of Conduct.
