In an effort to continuously improve transparency and information disclosure practices, especially those related to reporting violations by employees and company management, PT Latinusa Tbk provides a place for a violation reporting mechanism better known as the Whistleblowing System (WBS). With the existence of this WBS Channel, violations can be prevented or detected early and acted firmly, so as to reduce the level of violations.

 

PT Latinusa, Tbk's Whistleblowing System can be easily accessed by all stakeholders through the whistleblowing channel. Various kinds of reporting can be done through these channels such as reporting violations, allegations, and / or potential violations of business code of ethics and policy guidelines, as well as other violations relating to the business principles of PT Latinusa, Tbk. The WBS team guarantees the confidentiality of whistleblowers and handles all reports received confidentially and ensures that they are followed up.

 

The WBS Latinusa channel can be accessed by all employees and stakeholders to submit suspected violations that occur in the work environment, both anonymously and anonymously.
